Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
Dates are NOT held unless Deposit is paid.
"Joan" at all times must have a team member travelling with her

PAYMENTS

Minimum 50% deposit at time of booking to secure booking.
Deposit is refundable if there is a cancellation outside 28 days of the event.

If cancellation occurs within the 28 days prior to the event  50% of the total booking is non refundable.

The final numbers and balance will be required to be paid a minimum 14 days prior to the event.
If FULL payment is not received, then the customer will be deemed to have cancelled their booking.

We do not provide refunds in the case of bad weather.
In the event of rain, it is the responsibility of the booking host to make alternative arrangements and advise us at lease 3 hours in advance to start time by phone 0417 251 439.

THINGS TO KNOW

Measurements are 2.0 meters wide, 2.4 meters high & 4 meters long, including trailer.

Yes we travel.  Prices are inclusive of 50km return trip from the CBD of Dubbo NSW.  Please contact us for further travel costs.

Prices include 1.5 hour extra prior to the event before  and after (45 mins set up and 45 mins set down) to ensure you get the most out of your hire time.  Should alterations to set up times be required this will occur additional costs.

Your provide the Alcohol/Beverages & we serve it.  Thats what makes us the best option.   Joan is not licensed to sell alcohol and is BYO only.  There's no mark ups and we provide 2 bar staff (up to 80 ppl), the garnishes and the ice to keep it cool.  Feel free to contact us with any enquires we can also help advise  on bar needs.

We request that all refreshments be kept chilled prior to our arrival as we don't have the facilities to do this in our short set up time. 

We suggest keeping things simple for your guest by limiting your beverage options.  Eg, providing a few selections of beers, wine & champagne as well as keeping all water and soft drink in bottles/cans. 

We suggest spirits to be kept to a minimum of four pre-mix options.  Anything over these numbers or if you require free poured spirits, a third staff member will be required for an additional cost depending on your package booking.

Bar service is provided directly from the van, however we can provide roaming waiters for an additional cost.  Should you have any questions please feel free to give us a call and we can have a chat about your event wishes.

Events with guests above 80 people will require an extra bar attendant at an additional cost.

We DO require power.   It is preferred that mains power is available, however should it be required a generator can be hired at an additional cost.

We have teamed up with Peaberry's Coffee and host the Black Betty blend & Tea Karts "Australian Daintree" Loose Leaf Blended Tea in our Pop Up Cafe.  Our machine runs on 15amp.

We supply our own water so we can operate anywhere.

For occasions other than a private residence, such as a venue/park, the client is responsible for all the approval for Joan to attend and permission confirmation/payment must be provided prior to the event. 

We are available for markets, fairs, events, parties & functions all over the Central West.
